The new supplier of kit to the Woodhall Wheelers is Ellmore Clothing a locally based and well renowned cycling kit supplier.

All orders for kit must go through the Woodhall Wheelers Kit Man, Tim Godden not directly through Ellmore Clothing. Although orders can be accepted monthly, an official Club order where delivery charges are paid by the club will be processed on a 4 monthly basis, currently these orders will be placed on 1 Mar, 1 Jul and 1 Nov.  The delivery time is approximately 6 weeks.

For each order there is a £24 delivery charge (whether there is 1 or 20 items) which will be paid by the club 3 times per year and as such, each person placing an order will be asked to add £1 per order to contribute towards the delivery charge.

Before each order date, Tim Godden needs a completed order form (link above) which should be emailed to: tim.godden@yahoo.co.uk If you cannot e-mail the form, a simple e-mail with your order will suffice. At the same time you need to pay for your order, which should be a BACS payment to the Woodhall Wheelers Club Account at the time of ordering- please see the order form for details of the club account. No payment equals no order. The club will hold the money until the kit is ready for distribution by the supplier at which point the supplier will be paid.
